The word on the street is that the new Apple Store on Ste-Catherine street will be opening not Holiday 2008 - but SUMMER 2008! Of course, this is providing that there are no delays etc.
Anything is possible, but it's worth mentioning that there has been lots of construction going on at the site these days!
Does anyone know something I don't know?

Hey.
My friend walked by the site the other day and apparently the door out front was opened. He walked in and asked some forman when the store was opening. He got "July" as the answer.
I also saw the inside myself 4 days ago, when the door was opened. Still looks almost exactly the same as in the most recent pics on IFOStore.

I work nearby. The work progresses very quickly and my feeling is that the Montréal Apple store will be opened for the launch of the iPhone 3G, July 11, 2008.
